Printing Selecting “Print” from the File menu will print the information in the active window. The format of the printouts is designed to make it easy for you to write in missing information when you get it so that you can enter it into MacAgent when you have time. This is especially useful for Deal Sheets because it provides lots of space for entering information about sales and royalty payments. Use the “Preferences” item on the File menu to change the font and size that are used when printing. Printing Publishers When you print a Publishers file, you will get a dialog window that displays a list of all the publishers in the file. The publisher that is displayed in the Publishers window will automatically be selected, so if you just want to print the information currently displayed in the Publishers window, simply click on the “OK” button. Otherwise, select the publishers that you want to print and click on the “OK” button. If you want to print all the publishers, simply click on the “All” button. If you select the “Print each on separate page” check box, the information for each publisher will be printed on a separate page. If you want to save paper, turn this option off. Printing Submissions When you print a Submissions file, you will get a dialog window that displays a list of all the submissions in the file. The submission that is displayed in the Submissions window will automatically be selected, so if you just want to print the information currently displayed in the Submissions window, simply click on the “OK” button. Otherwise, select the submissions that you want to print and click on the “OK” button. If you want to print all the submissions, simply click on the “All” button. You can also choose how much of the information to print. If you simply want a list of your submissions, select “Only title and classification.” If you want all the information displayed in the Submissions window, select “+ places submitted and results.” If you also want to print the deal sheets for accepted works, select “+ deal sheets.” These radio buttons are cumulative, so everything above the option that you select will also be printed. If you select the “Mark each accepted work” check box, a dot will be placed next to the name of each submission that has been entered as accepted. (i.e. the Response menu is set to “Accept”) This is very useful when you have selected the “Only title and classification” option because this combination provides a quick overview of all your works and which ones have been accepted.
